This is box design for table top analog version of the Abaku educational game. Players use tokens with numbers and create rows and columns of mathematical operations to score points and win game. Significal improvement of counting skills are guaranteed even by Mensa organization. Abaku is used as a playful alternative to boring math at some primary schools in Czech republic.
The game is packed in standard issue square Mindok box. Every piece of the kit respects the square ratio, game tiles come in pre-cut card board sheets, gameboard folds into a quarter of it‘s size and even after a long client vs. designer battle the game rules come in square book. Batteries not needed.
N3rd character was designed with three-finger robotic arm in the first proposal. To remove the robotic arm feature was the first and only request by the publisher. 2019 Neotokyo release will bring the arm back.
